“One of our main drivers is speed.”

We are always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and speed of our service offerings and so far we have reached the point where we can print and ship your order within just a few days of approval of the final AW.

Speed has been and is always the driving force to upgrade the possibilities for immediate printing and fast transfer to the customer, right after the final Art work is approved.

With your help we will be able to increase our overall level of service, with new infrastructure and processes that will lead us to greater challenges.

The sequence of actions below gives you an idea of the process and successive actions that take place from the time of your order to the completion of production and the delivery to your company of both printed and unprinted products.

1. Order

After the stage of the financial proposals has passed and if you accept the terms of cooperation, we proceed with the electronic mailing of its written acceptance.

A pre-requisite is uploading your company logo or artwork that you want to print to the product you selected (image file preferably – ai, eps, pdf, cdr – or for logo printing, minimum 300 dpi raster file for full color printing *)

2. Approval of Art work

The Preprint Section will take over and carry out the work of placing the final Art work on the product you selected and will email you the Final Art work (you will be able to download a PDF file) that you will be asked to approve with the simple wording “Approval to print. “Changes will be made where necessary to ensure an optimal print result. Once approved, we will begin preparing your order for production.

3. Production and delivery

Depending on the quantity, availability and printing technique, your products will be ready for transport within a few days! You approve your order until 15:00 to send your order as soon as possible, the majority of orders can be shipped within 4-6 days.

* All other art file formats will be accepted, but the preview section will, as necessary, make possible changes if feasible to achieve an optimal result. This could slightly increase the delay as all changes will have to be approved by you.
